What really goes on in Washington?

Strange,but true;Willie Nelson and Billy Carter are the only two people in America to smoke marijuana with Secret Service protection,and they did it on top of The White House. Billy Carter is the only man to ever relieve himself on the tarmac at Andrews AFB while the Secret Service protected him. Bill Clinton is the only President (as far as we know), who played with his girlfriend under the desk in the Oval Office, with Secret Service protection. Don't you love paying your Federal taxes?
